This line is focusing on the toy market with wide range of different toy vehicles, motorcycles, trucks, airplanes and play-sets in different sizes for school-aged children.

LDC has its own production facility in Qing Yuan City, Guang Dong Province, China, contains over 30,000 square meters of space, employing over 2,000 skilled employees which allow us to meet the high production demand during the peak season.

In order to ensure all the products are conform to international standards as well as customer specific requirements, ICTI Standards, GSV Standards, ISO 9000 Quality Management System and ISO 14000 Environmental Management System have been used as the quality and manufacturing management tools in LDC to ensure quality, social and security compliances being perfectly implemented in each stage from product development to production and final delivery.

In addition, to enhance the planning effectiveness and facilitate production monitoring between headquarter and production facility, SAP enterprise resource planning system has been used to share engineering information, production planning schedules, outsourced material ordering status and all the in-house operation status. Management can have an overview on all the operations of the production facility efficiently and effectively.
